Rotary Sensors
Within our range of rotary sensors, we offer torque sensors suitable for both laboratory and industrial applications, with optional speed and angle measurement.
This range includes several options and features, including:
- Protection rating up to IP67
- Wide speed and angle measurement range
- Two torque measuring ranges
- Contactless transmission of measurement signals
- Integrated signal amplifier
- Adjustable output level for speed and angle signals
- Compact design
We offer torque sensors with cylindrical shaft configurations as well as square or hexagonal drives, available in both rotary and static versions.
Our standard measuring range extends from 0.02 Nm to 20,000 Nm. Customized measuring ranges are also available.
We manufacture custom-designed transducers as well as fully assembled test benches according to individual requirements and specifications.
The sensor technology is based on strain gauges.
Measurement signals from reaction torque sensors are transmitted directly from static transducers, while signals from rotary sensors are transmitted contactlessly via optical transmission.
Static Sensors
Within our range of static sensors, we offer torque sensors for:
- Static testing of pulse tools, torque wrenches, electric screwdrivers, etc.
- Laboratory and industrial applications
- Measurement of non-rotating torque, unaffected by axial and bending forces, for applications requiring high overload protection
- Adjustment and testing of hydraulic torque wrenches
- Portable or stationary test benches
